Noe Valley is probably one of my favorite San Francisco neighborhoods. I used to work kind of close to the area many years ago when we lived there. (for sure, some nice memories of those past years)-.
It is an upscale neighborhood packed with shops and restaurants -beautiful shops, great restaurants- and close to some other very cool districts; The Mission and The Castro.
