I have to admit, I'm not a theme park person; I'm not a Disney person either; fairs and carnivals fall into the same category: not a big fan. But having a kid changes everything and it is not about us anymore but about our kiddos and whatever makes them happy. That said, we went to Legoland, the one in Chicago, which is pretty manageable, good size and not super crowed. Don't get me wrong, I adore Lego as a toy and the brand itself, but -hmmmm- not sure about Legoland.
Our six year old had infinite amounts of fun and of course he got away with a Lego set as well (even though dad had said when entering the park -we are not buying anything today you have too many Legos)...... and here some pictures of the adventure.
Good week everyone. Last week of summer, before school starts.
