Home is where your heart is

I would love to share with you all the things that lately have been inspiring me, but it is not easy for me to sit down these days and write something. Maybe because I am a -stay home mother- I've been feeling lately this strong need of doing things, create new things, work on something, share ideas. Well, interior design is for sure one of the things I enjoy the most and not because I am an expert, not even close, but just because I get this burst of energy and hapiness when looking at pictures and read about designing spaces. I said this before in another post, if I could go to school again I would love to study interior design and make a living out of it. Probably taking pictures and designing spaces go in first place in that list of mine of all the things I like the most. Since this little blog is about all the things I like, then here some pictures I'm going to share of all the places my husband and I (and now our son Diego) have lived in the last decade.

p.s. San Francisco, California is not here 'cause I haven't found yet those pictures in my files.

Lately

It's been so long. I feel I haven't post anything in ages. Life has been seriously busy lately, that's why. And it seems that is the general tendency among friends. Whoever I talk to, they are trying to juggle a million things at once. That's life these days, I guess. The news have been scary, lately. Around the globe. Very scary. This year we have seen all kind of sadness, craziness, nonsense around the world. Even natural disasters have been horrific. And it seems it escalates year after year. To be honest the last few motnhs I have felt the need to hide, to retreat and protect my loved ones. To move somewhere where nothing can reach us, not even social media or TV... -especially social media and TV- But how? How we protect the people we love? How do we hide? Where do we go? Not sure where the world is going and if you have kids it can get really really scary at times. Is this the world we are leaving to them? What I'm sure about though is that more
