That's where I am from. The city where I was born. I'm a Venezuelan.
That mountain you see in this picture is called El Avila, and even though I have lived in amazing places, incredible cities, big ones and small ones, with breathtaking views for the last 13 years of my life I can assure you that no other mountain I've seen in my lifetime is as beautiful as this one here.
Tomorrow, October 7 my country will be facing a tough journey. People there and all over the world at the Venezuelan consulates will try to change the history of the country and get freedom back, that one thing humanity doesn't want to give up. For Venezuelans tomorrow it is about good and evil.
I feel my heart has abandoned my body and it is traveling down, to my roots, to my people.
Good luck Venezuela, you have been through so much, you deserve to smile again.
